This will be an online only sale at a property at 810 N 8th Ave. Lebanon PA 17046. There will be 2 online only auctions at this property. This sale includes furniture, artwork, art glass, and more.
Please read the following terms and conditions before bidding to familarize yourself with auction process: *All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * There will be a 10% buyers premium * We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. A 5% surcharge will be applied if paying with credit card. Cards will be charged automatically after the sale is over. If you are picking up your items, you may pay cash. If you are picking up your items and want to pay cash, please call the office at 717-618-9727 or put a note in at registration so we know not to charge your card. We must know if advance if you want to pay cash or your card will be charged automatically at the end of the sale. Starting March 1st 2020, we will no longer accept checks. TAX EXEMPT: If you are tax exempt and don't have a form on file, please call us at 717-618-9727 or email johncarlauction@gmail.com. We must have a tax exempt form with your license # filled out and signed before we can take tax off of your invoice. If you want the tax taken off on the current sale, you must have it filled out and sent to us before the sale ends *Once you pay for your items please allow about 1 week for delivery. Winning Bidders and Buyers will be responsible for paying all shipping, handling, postage, and insurance fees. *Used caution when opening packages. John Carl Aucion Company will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. Any package that arrive less than satisfactory should be immediately reported to the carrier service used. *Any items not picked up/payed for within a week of the auction ending will be shipped at your cost or your items will be forfited if not payed for and we will resell them on another sale. Pickup: Pickup Tuesday March 10th 10:00 till 6:00 or Wednesday March 11th 12:00 to 5:00 at 810 N 8th Ave. Lebanon PA 17046. You may also have your items shipped. We will ship unless the item is marked local pickup only in the description. If your small items are not picked up by Friday March 13th we will ship them at your cost. If your items are not payed for by Friday March 13th you forfeit them and they will be resold. Call 717-618-9727 if you have any questions. Shipping: Furniture and larger items we do not ship. If the lot is marked as "local pickup only" we will not ship it. Once you pay for your items please allow about 1 week for your items to ship. Winning Bidders and Buyers will be responsible for paying all shipping, handling, postage, and insurance fees. Your card on file will be charged separately for the shipping & then we will ship it to you once your items and shipping are paid for. Anything outside of PA we will ship unless we hear from you are picking up. If you live in PA and you want your items shipped, please call 717-618-9727 or reply to the email when you receive your invoice. *Used caution when opening packages.
